Right of withdrawal / Reconsideration Period

If you want to cancel the purchase you can return your goods to the return address on your packing slip and accompany your return with a note that shows your intension.

You can also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you are canceling the purchase. However, use of this form is not mandatory.

We prefer that If you want to cancel the purchase, you let us know within the 'Reconsideration Period' period of 14 days by email to [email protected]. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good.

You will then receive an email from us containing a return packing slip that you can use for the return shipment. After you have indicated that you wish to return a product, you have another 14 days to return the products. If the volume of the order is large, we can organize the return transport for you. The costs for return are for your account. For the correct return address, please refer to the enclosed packing slip.

The costs for return transport in the Netherlands and Belgium of large/heavy items costs approximately:
12.50 euros per package
75.00 euros per pallet

We will refund your payment as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 calendar days. This period starts at the moment that you have indicated that you wish to cancel the purchase. In practice, we do this immediately after receipt or after you have demonstrated that you have returned the products, whichever comes first. We will refund you with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You can also use the European model withdrawal form.

Please ensure that you return the product undamaged, without signs of use and wear and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging.
Buyer is expected to handle the products with care. If damage has occurred, the buyer may be held liable for the depreciation that has arisen as a result.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
